The singer emerged from the hotel looking relaxed and happy with Sam guiding her out and getting the door for her. It is the first time the singer has been seen since entering a wellness facility amid her father’s recovery from life threatening colon rupture. Spears has been taking time to care for herself as well during a very stressful time. The 37 year old mother of two spent a relaxing day at the upscale hotel with her longtime boyfriend. Britney appeared happy, smiling as she emerged and headed to her car in a summer dress and birkenstocks. Sam is clearly looking out for his longtime girlfriend, he made sure to walk ahead of her and see her to her car. The break with her longtime boyfriend seems to have put a smile back on her face. Spears took a break from her show “Domination’’ in January in order to support her father during his recovery. Spears posted an emotional tweet with the announcement and reveling she would be there for her dad as he has “always been there for me.''
